At Brookshaw's, we understand that choosing the thickness of your steak or seeing the size of your rolled pork shoulder before you buy is an important part of the butcher experience.
That's why nothing is pre-packed. All of our beef, pork and lamb is cut to order, there and then, from carcass to customer on the butcher's block.
All of our poultry is 100% free-range, and our burgers and sausages are made from family recipes entirely on premises.
In addition we offer a selection of local game, Cheshire-reared bacon, grill sticks and free-range eggs.
We also provide a range of accompanying dips and sauces.
